Coach

Will Draper

Growing up as a cyclist on the Isle of Man, Will became a double British national youth champion before switching to triathlon at 18.

Learning the basics of two new disciplines took patience, but within three years he was racing as a professional.

After competing in the 2022 Commonwealth Games and showing promising progression in long-course racing, Will was invited to Leeds to train daily alongside the Brownlee brothers. Training in that environment proved invaluable. Working alongside Olympic champions and their coaching team deepened Will’s understanding of high-performance systems and continues to shape his approach to training, racing and coaching today.

In 2024 he claimed his first middle-distance podiums, and this year he became European Long Course Champion in a time of 7:41:40. 2025 has also brought wins at Challenge Gran Canaria and Challenge Samarkand, plus podium finishes at the Long Course World Championship, an XTERRA World Cup, and other elite long-course events. Will's PB for a 70.3 is 3:37:45 with more than 20 sub 4-hour performances.

Coach

Chloe Sparrow

Growing up as a swimmer, Chloe stepped away from sport for almost a decade, during which she graduated with first-class honours in Sport Development and Physical Education and built a career as a personal trainer. She discovered triathlon in 2021 and progressed rapidly, winning the British Middle Distance Championships in 2023 allowing her to compete professionally the following year.

During her rookie pro year, she claimed her first podium at Challenge St. Pölten, finished 5th at the European Long Course Championships in 8:57:26, and set a 70.3 personal best of 4:16:13. Chloe has led out of the water with the fastest swim time at almost all of the races she has competed in. Her swim expertise is a real asset in her coaching, complemented by her proven progression on the bike and run.

In 2025 she returned to St. Pölten to take her first professional victory. Throughout the second half of the 2025 season she balanced training, racing, and everyday life while managing Epstein–Barr virus, showcasing the resilience and determination that define her rise in long-course racing.
